What is Breathwork?
Very simply, it is intentional breathing.
Breathwork is a somatic practice (which means body-based) that reconnects the power of the mind with the innate wisdom of the body. Developing the mind-body connection provides an experiential and transformational pathway to growth and healing.
Often, our bodies hold on to trauma, emotions, and stress that can remain stuck. These are not accessible through talk therapy, but through the practice of breathwork and expert facilitation, we can remove these from the body, healing the nervous system, gaining clarity, releasing emotional suffering, and finding authentic alignment.
